Norman Seawright, Jr. is a dedicated leader with a passion for community service and a wealth of experience across multiple industries and organizations. His commitment to service is reflected in his involvement with the March of Dimes, as a motivational speaker and master facilitator, and through his leadership on several prestigious boards, including the University of Mississippi Alumni Association, the Kentucky Science Center, the Louisville Kentucky Diabetes Association, the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP), and the Clark Memorial Hospital Association.


With advanced degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Leadership (MSL), Norman has built a distinguished career as an instructor and evaluator for the United States Air Force (USAF) and United Parcel Service (UPS) Airlines. His expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition plays a pivotal role in UPS Airlines’ operations. Additionally, Norman coordinates The OBAP Summer ACE Academies in Louisville, Kentucky, helping inspire and develop the next generation of aerospace professionals.



Norman’s extensive experience, passion for education, and dedication to giving back reflect his lifelong commitment to fostering unity, leadership, and community growth. He looks forward to contributing his skills and experience to initiatives that will uplift and empower the Moss Point community.
